Contest Structure & Timelines

Each team should have a minimum of two members and maximum four members to research and analyse a publicly traded company and write a initiating credit research report on their company with a credit recommendation on outperform, underperform or neutral and team would be asked to present/defend their findings to a panel of industry professionals.

Grand Finale

1st Level : Online Assessment

All the team members from a particular team representing a specified B-school and Post- Graduate college are required to take an online assessment based on credit basics.

  • Type of Exam- MCQs
  • Duration- 2 hours
  • Passing percentage- 60%
  • No Negative Marking
  • All the team members are required to give the test

Grand Finale

Final round will be held in Mumbai . All the team members (Top 6 teams) are required to be present on the day of the final round.

Top 3 winners will be announced and felicitated in the Summit.

Note: Students can take help of their Faculty mentors and CCRA mentors for this round.


Grand Finale winning team would be awarded a cash prize worth INR 1,00,000 followed by INR 50,000 for the First runner up and INR 25,000 for the Second runner up team apart from Certificates and other declared benefits.

How to Participate?

Step 1 – Students need to register online on the link: on behalf of their college. Team Registration fee upto 30th November 2019 is INR 2000 + 18% GST per team for the participating B-school/Post Graduate College. Students need to undergo and pass an online basic credit assessment test in order to qualify for the 2nd level of the competition

Step 2 – Subject Company will be assigned to qualified teams. Students can follow the best practices for Credit research and prepare a presentation as per report guidelines and submit the same as per deadlines.

Shortlisted teams has to present their findings by video presentation as per the dates specified. The presentation would be graded on uniqueness of content, analysis and argument by the industry experts

Step 3 – Shortlisted teams would be intimated and would proceed to the Grand Finale to be held in Mumbai for presenting findings of their report/presentation.

Grand Finale will be held on 8th March 2020 in Mumbai.
