Aditya has done his Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner. A prolific writer, Aditya has been regularly contributing to various business, financial and education publications. Aditya is also a Member- Editorial Board of International Family Offices Journal (Global Law & Business). Aditya has recently co-authored 2 books on Credit Research and 1 book on Global Family Offices.
Aditya is a Member- Occupational Standards Committee of the BFSI Sector Skills Council and is also a Member- Capital Markets Committee of Indian Merchants’ Chambers (IMC). Aditya is also a Mentor with some of the leading global start-up accelerators.
Lakshmi heads fixed income and products team at KMAMC. She has been with the organization since 1999. Lakshmi joined KMAMC as a fund manager, and was responsible for credit research as well as deal execution, managing fund performance across all debt funds and assisting sales in client interaction. She has also been a portfolio specialist, and managed product related initiatives, product pricing and coordination with the funds management and sales team in that role.
Prior to Kotak, Lakshmi worked with Credence Analytics, as a research analyst where she was tracking corporate bond markets in India and generating research reports. She was also instrumental for conceiving various financial software tools in collaboration with software and technical teams.
Sandip Ghose is currently Director of BQ- Global, a one stop destination for training and capacity building in the BFSI sector . Ghose is also the former Director of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) an educational initiative of SEBI .At NISM Ghose provided strategic leadership to its six school as also the National Centre for Financial Education ( NCFE ) .
Prior to taking over as a Director of NISM, Mr. Ghose was the Head of Human Resources in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). A central banker by profession, Ghose was the Chief of Staff and Advisor to three successive RBI Governors – Dr. C. Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan, and Dr. Y.V. Reddy over a period of nine years. He also served as Principal of Banker’s Training College now known as CAFRAL and College of Agricultural Banking , both premier institutes of the RBI.
Sandip Ghose holds a Master’s Degree in History (M.A.) and is an alumnus of Anderson School of Management UCLA, and Columbia Business School ,among others.

Biharilal Deora is an Investment professional with over a 15 years of experience in Credit Research, Strategy and Business Analysis.
He was a Rank holder chartered accountant and have worked at Global firms such as Sutherland, Fidelity, Credit Suisse and Reliance Industries. He has completed his Chartered Accountancy in first attempt with All India Ranks in Both intermediate and Final examinations, has earned his CFA Charter from CFA Institute, USA, has completed his Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI and also earned his Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He is also a Certified Financial planner from FPSB India and CIWM Holder from AIWM Switzerland and CIPM holder from CFA Institute. Mr Deora also serves as visiting faculty to various higher education institutes
Joydeep has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, till 2016. Of this,
the last 13 years were with BNP Paribas in the Wealth Management department as
Senior Vice President – Advisory Desk – Fixed Income. Prior to BNP, he worked with
various companies in the private sector. Since 2017, Joydeep is on his own, pursuing
his passion.
Joydeep writes columns regularly in various financial publications, both print and
digital. Since January 2017 till date, he has published 173 articles in publications like
Mint, Moneycontrol, Financial Express, Business Standard, ET Online, Cafemutual,
etc.
He has authored four books (1) “Fixed Income Markets in India – Investment
Opportunities for You”, (2) “Mutual Funds in India – Vehicle for Fixed Income
Investments” (3) “Open Your Eyes – to Management Lessons Around Us” and (4)
“Wealth Management – a Guidance for Affluent and Middle Income Classes”.

Joydeep is a Certified Financial Planner. He did his MBA from Jadavpur University,
Kolkata, in 1991.

Dr. Nirakar Pradhan brings with him over 30 years of extensive leadership experience in financial sector in multi-cultural and multi-product organizations in India and Europe.
Nirakar led many high performing teams in two major global players, i.e. State Bank of India (India’s largest Bank) and Generali Group (a leading global player in Insurance and capital markets). He is specially recognised for his investment and portfolio management skills, having accomplished top quartile returns as Chief Investment Officer of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited and various treasury assignments in SBI group in India and Frankfurt (Germany). His last assignment was in global risk management team at Generali Investments Europe S.p.A (GIE), Paris. GIE, the Asset Manager of Generali Group with AUM over Euro 450 billion as on 30.06.2017.
Nirakar holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Utkal University, India. He is a CFA Charter holder, Certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP, USA and Certified Credit Research Analyst (CCRA) and Certified Financial Planner. Nirakar takes keen interest in promoting financial education, innovation and best market practices through conferences, media, industry, regulators and academic institutions.
A multi-lingual communicator, Nirakar has been recently elected as a Director, Professional Risk Managers’ International Association, USA for three years since 1st January, 2018 and represents Asia Pacific region.
Swapnil was a portfolio manager for India strategy at Engineers Gate (a US-headquartered Global Quant Hedge Fund) during October 2015 and May 2019.
He later acquired the India business of Engineers Gate through a management buy-out and formed ASQI Advisors to create an asset management business fo
cused on absolute returns in Asian markets.
He is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2002) and post-graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (2004).
Swapnil has an experience of over 15 years, spread across quantitative strategies, alternate assets, fund-raising and business building.
