Aditya has done his Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner. A prolific writer, Aditya has been regularly contributing to various business, financial and education publications. Aditya is also a Member- Editorial Board of International Family Offices Journal (Global Law & Business). Aditya has recently co-authored 2 books on Credit Research and 1 book on Global Family Offices.
Aditya is a Member- Occupational Standards Committee of the BFSI Sector Skills Council and is also a Member- Capital Markets Committee of Indian Merchants’ Chambers (IMC). Aditya is also a Mentor with some of the leading global start-up accelerators.
Lakshmi heads fixed income and products team at KMAMC. She has been with the organization since 1999. Lakshmi joined KMAMC as a fund manager, and was responsible for credit research as well as deal execution, managing fund performance across all debt funds and assisting sales in client interaction. She has also been a portfolio specialist, and managed product related initiatives, product pricing and coordination with the funds management and sales team in that role.
Prior to Kotak, Lakshmi worked with Credence Analytics, as a research analyst where she was tracking corporate bond markets in India and generating research reports. She was also instrumental for conceiving various financial software tools in collaboration with software and technical teams.
Navneet Munot joined SBI Funds Management as Chief Investment Officer in December 2008.
He has over 23 years of rich experience in Financial Markets. In his role, Navneet is responsible
for overseeing investments worth over USD 30 billion across various asset classes in mutual
fund and segregated accounts.
In his previous assignment, he was the Executive Director & Head – multi –strategy boutique
with Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Investment Management, he has worked as Chief Investment
Officer – Fixed Income and Hybrid Funds at Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Navneet had been
associated with the financial services business of the Birla group for over 13 years and worked in
various areas such as fixed income, equities and foreign exchange.
Navneet is on the board of Indian association of Investment Professional (India society of
CFA charter holders with over 1500 members). He is also co-chair of capital market committee
of Indian Merchants Chamber.
Navneet is a postgraduate in Accountancy and Business Statistics and a qualified Chartered
Accountant. He is also a Charter Holder of the CFA Institute and CAIA Institute.
He has also done FRM.
Revati has a total work experience of 21 years, of which she has been associated with CARE for over 18 years. She is a part of the core management team and is a member/chairperson of the Rating Committees of CARE. She presently handles the Large Corporate Ratings portfolio for CARE Ratings on a nationwide basis. Prior to this she was head of the research and grading division. Her intrinsic strengths of project conceptualization and execution helped CARE in setting up the entire back-office ratings database for CARE known as Care Knowledge Centre at Ahmedabad.
Revati is an all India merit rank holder Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant and has been honored with Professional Achiever – Woman award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in December 2011.
Mr. Tarun Bansal is Managing Director and Head of Business & Relationship Management at India Ratings & Research. He is responsible for firm’s overall business development and maintains a relationship with the government, corporates, PSUs, banks, financial institutions issuers. Tarun has twenty-five of experience in financial services and has been working with
India Ratings for the last 19 years in various roles. Prior to joining India Ratings, he was responsible for building the asset finance business of Nagarjuna Finance. Tarun is a postgraduate in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and a B. Tech from Delhi College of Engineering.
Sandip Ghose is currently Director of BQ- Global, a one stop destination for training and capacity building in the BFSI sector . Ghose is also the former Director of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) an educational initiative of SEBI .At NISM Ghose provided strategic leadership to its six school as also the National Centre for Financial Education ( NCFE ) .
Prior to taking over as a Director of NISM, Mr. Ghose was the Head of Human Resources in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). A central banker by profession, Ghose was the Chief of Staff and Advisor to three successive RBI Governors – Dr. C. Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan, and Dr. Y.V. Reddy over a period of nine years. He also served as Principal of Banker’s Training College now known as CAFRAL and College of Agricultural Banking , both premier institutes of the RBI.

Biharilal Deora is an Investment professional with over a 15 years of experience in Credit Research, Strategy and Business Analysis.
He was a Rank holder chartered accountant and have worked at Global firms such as Sutherland, Fidelity, Credit Suisse and Reliance Industries. He has completed his Chartered Accountancy in first attempt with All India Ranks in Both intermediate and Final examinations, has earned his CFA Charter from CFA Institute, USA, has completed his Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI and also earned his Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He is also a Certified Financial planner from FPSB India and CIWM Holder from AIWM Switzerland and CIPM holder from CFA Institute. Mr Deora also serves as visiting faculty to various higher education institutes
Joydeep has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, till 2016. Of this,
the last 13 years were with BNP Paribas in the Wealth Management department as
Senior Vice President – Advisory Desk – Fixed Income. Prior to BNP, he worked with

He is specially recognised for his investment and portfolio management skills, having accomplished top quartile returns as Chief Investment Officer of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited and various treasury assignments in SBI group in India and Frankfurt (Germany). His last assignment was in global risk management team at Generali Investments Europe S.p.A (GIE), Paris. GIE, the Asset Manager of Generali Group with AUM over Euro 450 billion as on 30.06.2017.
Nirakar holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Utkal University, India. He is a CFA Charter holder, Certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP, USA and Certified Credit Research Analyst (CCRA) and Certified Financial Planner. Nirakar takes keen interest in promoting financial education, innovation and best market practices through conferences, media, industry, regulators and academic institutions.
A multi-lingual communicator, Nirakar has been recently elected as a Director, Professional Risk Managers’ International Association, USA for three years since 1st January, 2018 and represents Asia Pacific region.
Swapnil was a portfolio manager for India strategy at Engineers Gate (a US-headquartered Global Quant Hedge Fund) during October 2015 and May 2019.
He later acquired the India business of Engineers Gate through a management buy-out and formed ASQI Advisors to create an asset management business fo
cused on absolute returns in Asian markets.
He is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2002) and post-graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (2004).
Swapnil has an experience of over 15 years, spread across quantitative strategies, alternate assets, fund-raising and business building.
In his earlier work during 2010-15, he set up and headed the proprietary quant trading group at a large Indian brokerage. He also set up the group’s structured products desk and alternate asset management business, managing AUM of ~Rs. 750 Cr (~$100mm).
In 2006, he co-founded PARK Financial Advisors, an investment advisory boutique, which was acquired by the large Indian brokerage in 2009.
Earlier, Swapnil worked with The Boston Consulting Group advising clients across Engineering, Technology and Banking sectors.
Swapnil has been recognized as one of ‘40 under 40’ professionals in Alternate Investment space in India.
He has also authored a book, titled ‘Anatomy of Froth – Demystifying the Global Financial Crisis’ (2010) besides several papers and articles in the media.
